Driver's Register Hub
Client: Mastar Supply Chain & Logistics Inc.
01Situation
A logistics company managing a fleet of drivers, trailers, shipments, and billing across daily operations.
02Problem
Driver records were scattered across paper and spreadsheets. Trailer assignments were tracked manually. There was no operational dashboard connecting fleet data to billing, which meant reporting on fleet performance was painful and slow.
03Constraints
- Needed to unify records already spread across multiple manual systems
- Required a reporting layer usable by non-technical staff
- Billing had to connect directly to operational data
04Current Workflow (Before)
- 1.Driver information tracked in separate spreadsheets per shift
- 2.Trailer assignment coordinated verbally or via paper logs
- 3.Billing calculated manually from disconnected records
- 4.Fleet metrics unavailable without manual compilation
05System Designed
A unified logistics operations hub combining driver registry, trailer inventory and assignment, report generation, billing, and supply-chain metrics into one dashboard.
